DAILY AFFIRMATIONS

Girl, Get Up: Daily Affirmations

I AM STRONG AND RESILIENT

Strength starts in my mind with what I know. God, you are my source of energy when I feel like I have nothing to give. I am not alone, and I don’t have to find the courage to face today on my own. You are right here with me.

I AM ENOUGH

I am worthy just as I am. My value is not determined by my achievements or the opinions of others. God, I trust that you created me with purpose and intention. In moments of doubt, I will remember that I am enough, and I will embrace my true self. I am complete in your love.

I AM AN
OVERCOMER

Today might not be my best day, but I know everything will be alright. My worth is not defined by my circumstances. God, I am grateful for your presence wherever I go! When fear arises, I will place my trust in you and draw strength from your love. I am uplifted and encouraged.

HEALING IS PROGRESSION

Healing is a journey, not a destination. When I feel overwhelmed and questions outnumber answers, I will seek you, Lord. I will remain steadfast, even when life takes unexpected turns. You understand everything, and I choose to trust in your wisdom.

LET IT HURT, LET IT HEAL, THEN LET IT GO

There is strength in my tears. It’s alright to not be okay, but I won’t remain in this place. God, your Word reassures me that you will never leave me or turn away from those in need. May the comfort of your presence dispel all my fears. I surrender it to you.

BRING YOUR DAMAGE TO GOD

David experienced depression, Job longed for never having been born, Moses faced anxiety, and Elijah battled suicidal thoughts, yet God transformed their struggles into miracles. Your obstacles are God’s opportunities to work wonders in your life. Nothing is too great for God, and He is not intimidated by your mess or mistakes. Bring your wounds to Him and let Him heal what you have been concealing.

PERSEVERANCE

Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.

- Galatians 6:9
